      • What Are The Advantages of Using Cargobot?

Cargobot improves the lack of transparency, efficiency, and productivity between carriers and shippers. We also highlight direct communication between shippers and carriers. Your invoices and confirmation rates are system-generated, and your documents are digitally stored. We make all bids on shipments visible to carriers. Carriers are also aware of their net income per job and decide on the payment method. All carrier insurance details are stored on our system for easier access to shippers.

      • What is Cargobot and What Does it Entail?

This is a free app that connects shippers with carriers. It also provides carriers with details about loads that need moving. Cargobot gets a commission on all loads that carriers move via the Cargobot app. Carriers can also negotiate rates with shippers directly. Also, no brokers are involved, and we'll let you conduct your entire freight shipment via our app.

      • How Does It Work?

Shippers are able to list all shipments online. As a Carrier, you are able to bid on the loads you want, and when you win a bid you can choose how you want to get paid. We will then generate a rate of confirmation, although this has to be signed by the carrier first.

Once a load is in transit, it will be tracked by both the carrier and shipper via our app's handy GPS tool. If you're a carrier and have reached your delivery point, simply upload your POD via our app. We will generate your invoice, store all paperwork in our system, and also offer you a rating system. Whether you're a shipper or carrier, you'll be able to rate the person you've dealt with. This criterion is stored and great for future use.

      • To Whom is It Available?

Carriers, shippers, and fleet organizations use this app.

      • Do You Screen Your Carriers for Credibility?

We have a screening process where we screen all potential carriers before you join our team. We also verify our carrier's insurance, FMCSA records, and operating authority before approval. Carriers should also have credible references and if you're a carrier, we'll keep screening you after you've joined CargoBot.

      • Could You Send Me a Snapshot of Your Loads First?

Unfortunately, we do not send those to potential carriers. You will have to download the CargoBot app first and send us your insurance details before you can view any loads. Remember that you are not obligated to keep using the app once you've downloaded it and registered.

      • What Do I Need To Sign Up for Cargobot?

The app is conveniently free, and shippers can just post their shipments online. If you're a carrier you'll need a valid cargo insurance, liability insurance, and active MC and USDOT numbers.

      • Is This App a LoadBoard?

No, it's not a loadboard, as carriers usually bid directly and can see all the bids. Loadboards don't allow carriers and shippers to negotiate directly. With this app, you'll be able to negotiate directly. CargoBot enables communication between shippers and carriers. We never negotiate on your behalf though, as this app is only a platform to introduce shippers to carriers.

      • How Can I Access the Cargobot App, and Can I Use it Immediately?

Simply download it via Google Play or iTunes. If you've signed up on a business day, we'll need a day to verify your insurance before using the app. You should be able to view loads and start communicating with shippers after that.

      • What Should I Do If I Cannot Find Loads Listed for My State?

If you're logged into our app as a carrier, you're probably looking for loads and shippers for your specific state. We understand that sometimes you won't see loads for your state on the app.

We find and add new shipper information and loads on the CargoBot app on a regular basis. We advise you to keep checking for updated shipper and load details on our app, as it becomes available. We'll also email you as the latest loads become available according to your trailer type.

      • What Happens If I Keep Checking for Loads But Cannot Find Anything for Days?

Bear in mind that you will not be able to access new loads if your insurance and registration details are incomplete. We'll also need to first verify this before you can see new loads, so do send us the necessary information soonest.

      • What Are the Costs Involved?

If you're a shipper you're in luck, as you will not be charged to use our service. Carriers can simply join for free and get charged a small fee once a load is moved. You can also have a look at what the shippers have posted.

Remember that if you're a carrier and you've settled on a rate for a specific load, we will bill you when you finish the job. This fee does not change according to your transaction's value.

      • I know It's Free to Join, But Are There Any Monthly Fees?

No, if you're a carrier looking for loads, or a shipper posting load details, we will not charge you a monthly fee to use our app.

      • How Will I Get Paid and What Are My Payment Options?

If you're a carrier, you can decide how you'd like to be paid. We have payment options of 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, or you can use your own factoring company.

      • What Do I Need to Know About Troubleshooting?

If you are struggling to log into the app, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Explain what the problem is to one of our friendly staff members, and we'll try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

      • What Are Your Contact Details?

You may contact our customer service department directly at (855) 902-4694 or (855) 902-4591. Or email us directly at customerservice@cargobot.io

      • How Are Claims and Disputes Handled?

If you want to make a claim, please note why you're rejecting the load in the POD. Your claim will not be considered if you do not do this. Carriers and shippers should both take photographs of the cargo and documents. This should be emailed to our customer service department.

You could call the customer service department with your load number, and be sure to explain what happened. We will start our legal process as soon as you've sent us all your documentation.
